Grace Stoddard

As Capstone’s Charter Operations Specialist, Grace Stoddard brings over 25 years of experience in global operations, including 15 years in private aviation, with a background in delivering seamless travel for high-value clients. Known for her attention to detail, tenacity, and determination, Grace approaches each trip with the understanding that no two clients, itineraries, or circumstances are quite the same, and rarely accepts “no” as an answer when it comes to getting the job done. Her expertise across international operations and personalized concierge service makes her a trusted resource for navigating even the most complex and time-sensitive travel needs.

Grace developed much of her aviation expertise working for a prominent private family office in New York City, managing complex domestic and international travel for high-net-worth individuals and families. The experience gave her a unique perspective on private aviation from the client side, where foresight, discretion, and highly personalized service are paramount. Earlier in her career, Grace worked for two fashion houses and a major retailer, with roles spanning global merchandising, digital implementation, and the transition to e-commerce. She also worked in the logistics industry, gaining international experience in marketing and freight forwarding. Together, these roles gave Grace a broad foundation in global logistics, technology, and service excellence, building on the communication and organizational foundation she developed at American University in Washington, D.C., where she earned her Bachelor of Arts.

At home, Grace’s world revolves around her family. A wife and mother of three, she treasures time with her family and their Lab, Miles, along with two cats, Shack and Kobe, an all-star duo in their own right. Her garden is her sanctuary and a favorite place to unwind, filled with hydrangeas, perennials, dahlias, and an ever-changing collection of flowers she tends throughout the seasons. When she isn’t in the garden, Grace enjoys skiing, escaping to the beach, and making the most of time with her family.
