Don Dwyer

Don Dwyer is a Managing Partner of Capstone Jet Charter, where he advises flight department leaders and private aviation fliers on travel solutions aligned with mission needs and capital strategy.

Don also serves as Managing Partner of Guardian Jet, the world’s largest aircraft brokerage and consulting firm, with satellite offices across the U.S., Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia. Since 2002, Guardian Jet has completed nearly $20 billion in aircraft transactions, while advising clients across the full lifecycle of aircraft ownership, including acquisition strategy, mission suitability, capital planning and long-term asset management.

With more than four decades of aviation experience, Don has held senior leadership roles across aircraft manufacturing, sales and advisory services. A respected thought leader in private aviation, Don is recognized for his perspective on aircraft finance, fleet strategy and market dynamics. He has served on the Advisory Council of the National Business Aviation Association and on the boards of Challenge Aspen, Challenge America and RedTail Flight Academy. An experienced commercial pilot, Don has logged more than 5,000 flight hours.
