Mike Dwyer

Michael “Mike” Dwyer is a Managing Partner of Capstone Jet Charter, where he advises flight department leaders, family offices, and ultra-high net worth individuals on travel solutions aligned with capital strategy and mission needs.

Mike is also the Founder and Managing Partner of Guardian Jet, the world’s leading jet aircraft brokerage, consulting, and asset management firm. Since the founding of Guardian Jet in 2002, his mission always has been to create a transparent, client-focused business. In an effort to share critical aircraft data with clients, Mike led the development of the company’s proprietary Market Survey, whereby clients receive a current valuation of their aircraft in a Guardian Estimate™. Mike is also responsible for product development of the Vault, the firm’s online aviation asset management portal, which includes JetFinder™ and other valuable online tools. His commitment to innovation evolved into the creation of the Capstone’s Vault – aviation intelligence to oversee trips, analytics, finance and more.

A well-known thought leader in aircraft capital planning and fleet optimization, Mike is well-regarded throughout business aviation for his expertise, professionalism and integrity. An avid and experienced pilot, he has amassed over 5,000 hours of flight time. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot rating and earned type ratings for the seaplane and Cessna CitationJet. He is also a Certified Flight Instructor.
