As Capstone’s first dedicated Charter Advisor, Tory Cornell works directly with clients to support every aspect of their needs. Beyond her official title, she is also the firm’s resident superstar and jack of all trades. Whether it’s technology implementation, business development or product training, Tory is the go-to resource for complex organizational projects and evolving client needs, earning her the nickname “the unicorn.” It is this unique versatility, paired with her ability to connect with people, that has made Tory a natural fit to oversee Capstone’s most complex and high-touch client relationships.

With nearly a decade of professional experience, Tory began her career at Capstone’s parent company, Guardian Jet, where she quickly expanded her role into research, analytics, and consulting. Additionally, Tory played a critical part in executing the data initiative behind Guardian Jet’s proprietary technology, The Vault, now a cornerstone of both firms’ product offerings. Underpinning that business acumen is a strong academic foundation, earned at the University of Tampa’s School of Business, where Tory received her bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Outside of work, Tory is an avid sports enthusiast with a particular love for tennis and golf, though her swing is still a work in progress. Outdoorsy in her own way, she enjoys time on the water and relaxing at the beach with friends and family. Tory is also a passionate community advocate, championing the mission of DemandZero and its work in fighting the local opioid epidemic.
