Victoria Reina Duffy is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Capstone Jet. With a career spanning more than 25 years, she brings expertise from across many facets of business aviation. Throughout that career, Victoria has built a reputation of tenacity, intuition, and commitment to her clients. She is widely regarded as a trusted partner and go-to resource for navigating complex situations with confidence and clarity, without ever compromising safety.

Prior to co-founding Capstone, Victoria built her experience across business aviation sales and leadership, including senior roles in charter sales, aircraft management, and crew staffing. Over the course of her career, she has sold over one billion dollars in charter across six continents, with experience spanning helicopters and business jets to airliners, medevac, repatriation, cargo missions, and more. Her recent industry leadership includes serving as President of APSI and currently as a member of the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee. Her professional journey began at Montclair State University in her home state of New Jersey, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communications, followed by an MBA in Sales and Marketing from Ramapo College.

For all that aviation has shaped Victoria’s professional life, the center of her world has always been her family. A wife and mother of two, she is happiest simply spending time together, whether traveling somewhere new, binge-watching a favorite show, or cooking a meal at home. The family also includes two rescue cats, Logan and Kitty Perry, pun very much intended. A self-proclaimed foodie with a particular weakness for Italian cuisine, Victoria channels that passion into leading her local Gourmet Club chapter, where good food, good company, and an excellent glass of wine are always on the menu.
