As one of Capstone’s Market Researchers, Maycen Gale supports the firm’s research initiatives, gathering and analyzing information that helps the team better understand the charter marketplace and deliver informed solutions to clients. Her curiosity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn make her a valuable addition to the team as she continues to develop her expertise in business aviation. Naturally outgoing and personable, Maycen brings a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with people and an appreciation for the complex customer relationships that are so integral to the industry.

Maycen, currently a senior at East Stroudsburg University in Pennsylvania, is months away from graduating with a degree in Communications, concentrating in Public Advocacy. An accomplished student who has earned a place on the Dean’s List every year, she has also been active in cheerleading, serving as team captain for several years. Alongside her studies and work at Capstone, she works at a country club, where she continues to develop her client service skills while enjoying the opportunity to perfect her golf swing. Her interest in aviation began at an early age, largely influenced by her father, a former Marine Corps pilot who now flies corporate aircraft for a leading flight department. As she begins her professional career, Maycen hopes to build on that family connection, combining her academic background in Communications with her passion for aviation.

The youngest of five siblings, with three brothers and a sister, Maycen comes from a dynamic family and has always had a love for adventure. Her ties to aviation have given her the opportunity to travel extensively, with some of her favorite destinations being on the West Coast, particularly the Pacific Northwest and Southern California, where she loves the scenery and natural beauty. Family and friends remain an important part of Maycen’s life, and she loves spending time with her family and enjoying weekends with friends. When she isn't traveling or enjoying time with loved ones, Maycen loves soaking up the sunshine, relaxing by the pool, and spending time with Ellie, her beloved Yorkie. She also has a passion for fast cars and enjoys building race cars, with a particular soft spot for BMWs.
