Amber Gardner serves as Capstone’s Vice President of Business Development, bringing a unique combination of sales, strategy, technology, and process expertise. An integral part of Capstone’s development, Amber guided the platform build to enable synergies between Guardian Jet and Capstone’s servicing of clients.

Her career has spanned business aviation and financial services, with much of her aviation experience rooted at Capstone’s parent company, Guardian Jet. Through numerous responsibilities across consulting, aircraft sales/acquisitions, and business development, Amber led initiatives designed to improve speed to market and support growth at scale. She also spent several years managing financial portfolios and advancing through roles focused on product innovation, bringing new ideas from concept to execution. Amber earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston College and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program at the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. She also holds an Aircraft Broker Certification from the International Aircraft Dealers Association.

Outside of work, Amber is a Private Pilot currently working toward her instrument rating, she enjoys building hours whenever she can and taking advantage of how quickly a plane can turn somewhere new into a weekend destination.
